£250 per watch. Reserved for 48 hours. Fully refundable if you choose not to proceed.
Your reservation
A confirmed £250 deposit reserves one available watch for 48 hours from payment confirmation. For multiple watches, the deposit is £250 for each watch selected. Your confirmation shows the watches, the deposit paid and the reservation expiry time. Sending an enquiry does not reserve stock.
If you go ahead
The deposit is deducted from the agreed purchase price. We will contact you to arrange the remaining balance, collection or delivery. Checkout takes the deposit only; it does not charge the full watch price or arrange shipment.
If you change your mind
Your deposit is fully refundable if you choose not to proceed with the purchase. Contact us with your reservation reference to request your refund. We will return the full deposit to the original payment method without deducting processing fees. Your payment provider determines when the refund appears in your account.
After 48 hours
Please contact us within the reservation period to arrange the purchase or discuss an extension. After 48 hours the watch may become available to other customers. Expiry does not make your deposit non-refundable: contact us for a full refund if you do not proceed.
Availability
Sold, reserved and arriving-soon watches are enquiry only. A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been verified. If we cannot supply the watch you reserved, we will refund your deposit in full.
