Enquiry & reservation privacy

Wiese Investment Group Ltd trading as The Wiese Collection uses the contact details, selected watches and messages you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange a reservation or purchase, and handle refunds.

Enquiries

If you choose to prepare an enquiry email, the website opens a draft in your email app. You must send it yourself. If direct sending is available, your enquiry is sent through our email delivery provider, Resend. Your details are used for your enquiry, not automatically added to a marketing list.

Payments

When online deposits are available, PayPal processes the payment. We keep the reservation details, the amount and payment references needed to manage your reservation and refund. We do not receive or store your card number. Payment and enquiry records are hosted using Cloudflare through our website hosting provider. PayPal and email providers process information under their own privacy terms and may process it outside the UK.

Basket & checkout

The watch selection in your basket is saved in this browser so it remains when you return. Checkout uses an essential session cookie to associate your payment with your reservation. You can remove basket items at any time. No contact details are stored in the browser basket.

Your choices

We process information to take steps at your request towards a purchase, fulfil a purchase, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We retain records only for as long as needed for those purposes. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to any records we are required to retain.

You can also ask us to restrict processing or provide a portable copy of information where these rights apply. You can raise a concern with us or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
